Liqueur distilled from the Japanese citrus, yuzu. Yuzu has the acidity of a lemon, tempered by the bitterness of a lime, yet the result is somehow sweeter than both.
Mature Yuzu-Yuzu is made with bitter persimon purée – using quality persimons from Saijou in Shikoku – and citrusy yuzu juice from locally grown yuzu.
